Abstract：
电力是推动经济社会发展的主要能源之一，为国民生产生活提供了基本保障。近年来，随着社会发展的不断进步，各行各业对电力资源的需求也在水涨船高。为确保电力供应满足工业生产和人民生活，电网扩展工作一直在持续进行。为维持电力系统的安全稳定，确保电力供应顺畅，需立足国家电网运转实况，切实加强安全管理和运行监控，保证安全生产，有效降低事故发生率。
