    随着国民经济的蓬勃发展，建筑工程如雨后春笋般拔地而起，建筑企业之间的竞争已经进入了白热化阶段，要想在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地，提升自身核心竞争力，建筑企业要合理有效地控制工程造价，减低成本，提高企业经济效益。因此，建筑企业要从思想意识上正本清源，固本培元，认识到做好建筑工程造价的控制的重要性，立足于实际，全面谋划，整体设计，通过多措并举，合理有效。
