锅炉四管包括过热器、省煤器、水冷壁、再热器。四管泄漏是指这些受热面因过热、腐蚀、磨损等而破裂及泄漏，导致炉管失效，甚至锅炉事故停机。四管安全是锅炉安全运行的重要保障。
