    王荣生教授在《文言文教学教什么》中指出：文言文，是中国传统文化的载体。文言文所传达的中国古代仁人贤士的情意和思想，即所言志，所载道，这是中国传统文化的直接体现，也是中学生文言文学习的主要方面。因此，坚守语文阵地，立足教材，充分挖掘语文课程中的传统文化元素，对于传承和发扬中华传统文化具有重要的意义。
