Abstract：
能力培养已成为当今大学生在校教育的核心要素，从传统课堂的知识传授转化为现代课堂的能力培养，课堂教学设计发挥着重要的作用。本文以药理学课堂教学设计为例，分析了药学生的基本能力，提出《药理学》要紧紧围绕学生的“自主学习能力、探究思考能力、解决问题能力、知识运用能力”开展课堂教学设计，构建起以学生能力培养为导向的课堂教学模式。
