Abstract：
伴随着社会信息化进程的不断深入，信息系统工程项目的建设问题显得越发突出和明显，信息系统工程项目本身的建设带有一定高风险特征，特别是建设周期较长、投资量较大以及建设风险较高，再加上科技含量较高、工程过于复杂并且与工业工程相比存在过于隐蔽的特征，所以在信息工程建设期间应当构建完善的监理机制，从而保障信息工程可以顺利建设。基于此，为了进一步推动信息工程持续发展，本文简要分析基于我国信息工程建设中的监理机制，希望能够为相关工作者提供帮助。
