Abstract：
乡村振兴的重要指标是为了加强农村基层建设，针对乡村的治理建立新的体系，明确表示要把村民自治战略管理实施落实到底。自改革开放以来，我国的村民自治机构的发展取得了明显的效果，同时也展露出了大量的不足之处，在现实生活中，不管是乡镇政府行政管理还是村民自治都存在着各自的私心，使得二者之间无法更好的衔接在一起，促进乡村的振兴，现在文章围绕乡镇政府行政管理和村民自治的衔接方法展开一系列的探究，为其提供有效的参考意见。
