    Abstract：

    我国人口结构正在呈现出快速老龄化趋势，这就意味着老年教育的需求也在随之增长，而这样的需求也呈现出多元化、个性化的特点。传统物质养老理念已经无法满足新时代下老年人的生活需求，精神上的富足才是当今老年人更为注重的焦点。基于此，本文重点关注了文化养老理念下老年教育的发展路径，使老年人能够通过老年教育真正实现“老有所学”“老有所乐”“老有所为”。
