Abstract：
随着人们生活水平的不断提升与城市化进程的日益加快，人们对房屋建筑的需求也越来越高，面对这样的形势促使房屋建筑的建设数量不断增加，从而也给工程造价工作带来巨大挑战。对比传统建筑工程中的造价控制，已经不能适应当前的建筑工程项目管理需要。积极展开工程造价研究，及时发现其中存在的问题，并且制定科学应对策略，目的在于提高工程造价水平，发挥工程造价在建筑工程中的作用。
