Abstract：
我国传感器技术发展时间较长，已经拥有一个较为成熟的应用体系，尤其在机电一体化系统中，应用了大量传感器，用于感知周围情况，收集环境和设备信息，为系统精准运行提供依据。由此可见，若机电一体化系统中缺少传感器和传感器技术，就无法准确感知信息，维持系统运行，必须不断提升传感器技术应用效果和品质，才能切实提升机电一体化系统运行效率和运行质量。
