    加强新时期单位人事资料档案的管理和协调，可以使得相关工作提质增效，有助于实现档案管理的信息化、科技化建设。为此，在阐述人事档案管理的主要作用的基础上，指出当前人事档案管理过程中存在的不足，并基于大数据思维下提出优化企业人事档案管理的对策或建议，以便于促进人事档案管理相关工作科学有序进行。
