本文主要针对黑龙江文化资源模式下高校思政教育展开研究，先阐述黑龙江文化资源的精神内涵，然后对黑龙江文化资源模式下高校思政教育的实施策略进行阐述，主要包括完善课内实践教学模式、政治与文化相互兼顾、增设校本课程、加强高职思政课师资队伍建设等，旨在不断提高高校思政教育水平，并将黑龙江文化资源模式的应用意义展现出来，实现黑龙江文化的传承和发展目标。
