Abstract：
在化工工艺设计中落实对危险因素的识别管控工作对于提高设计的安全性、稳定性具备较大的现实意义，在对相关危险因素进行识别管理的过程中，工程师以及相关设计人员应当落实对化学反应装置、管道以及化工物料、工艺路线全过程、动态化的风险识别管控，将危险因素进行细致分析评估，提高化工工艺设计的质量和效率。本文对化工工艺设计危险因素识别及控制措施进行分析探讨。
