    建筑工程施工进行精细化管理，能够最大限度降低施工成本，获取最大效益。随着社会经济的发展，建筑施工的数量和规模也在不断提升。因此，对建筑工程施工的管理也提出了更高的要求。传统的建筑施工粗放型管理已经不能适应当前建筑施工管理的需求，因此进行精细化管理，有利于对建筑工程施工质量的保证。
