    在“双减”背景下进行作业的优化设计，小学英语教师必须将“双减”内容与新课标内容相结合，确保小学英语作业在减量和缩短时长的同时，英语作业能发挥自身的价值，学生英语的学习效果不会出现下降。因此，小学英语教师要积极对英语作业进行优化。
