Abstract：
在当今这个时代小学生的能力培养越来越被社会所看重，计算能力不只是小学生必须掌握的一项技能，同时也是教育的重要培养目标。怎样教学才能最高效的培养学生的计算能力，这就需要相应教师反思和总结。在此基础上，笔者就自己在教学中通过实践的所得所获，就培养小学生的计算能力这一问题进行了相关的探讨，讨论中首先是明确了培养小学生计算能力的价值所在，然后对于小学数学中的小学生计算能力培养方案做出了提议。
