Abstract：
自我概念是关于自我的讨论，是社会心理学中的重要命题。中学思想政治教育作为一门立德树人的学科，帮助学生建立自我同一性是其任务之一。中学阶段的青少年正处于人生发展的关键时期，也是建立清晰自我概念的关键时期。自我概念的相关理论既在内容上与中学思想政治教育有相似之处，在教学方法层面也能为中学思想政治教育提供一定的借鉴。在学科交叉融合创新的理念指导下，运用心理学知识能够更好地关注到学生的心理健康，为中学思想政治教育提供启示，帮助实现思想政治教育立德树人的根本任务，进而增强中学思想政治教育的实效性。
