Abstract：
在时代社会经济、科学技术迅猛发展的阶段，教育领域事业也在不断地进行着改革活动，数学学科作为未来社会科技发展的关键，其教育的改革相当重要，创新能力是数学的七大能力之一，对其的培养和发展是当下数学教学的必然结果，因为其在数学学习中发挥着不可磨灭的作用。因此，本文以当下初中数学教学现状及其问题的分析为出发点，探讨培养学生创新能力在初中数学教学中的产生的重要意义和价值，以及深刻阐述有效培养学生创新能力的教学策略。
