Abstract：
随着社会经济的逐渐发展，科学技术也在不断发展与进步，这为教学带来了重大的机遇，智慧课堂便是教学在现代科学技术下发展的成果，对小学数学教学具有重要的促进作用。为此，在对小学数学构建原则和意义的研究基础上，提出核心素养下智慧课堂构建的有效策略，进而能够有助于培养小学生的数学综合素养，提升小学数学的教学质量。
