    随着社会的进步，各种新的技术也不断涌现，要想在建筑工程发展过程中实现科学化管理，就必须向现代化转变。对此，企业在发展过程中要引进先进的管理理念，加强各部门之间的协作，以提升建筑工程管理组织结构设计的科学性，使企业获得更多的经济效益。鉴于此，本文主要分析探讨了建筑工程项目管理现状及对策，以供参阅。
