Abstract：
在建筑工程施工中，施工技术对工程的质量有着重要的影响，它是一个工程在建设过程中的核心要素，是整个建筑企业发展和增强竞争力的根本。在现代的建筑企业当中，管理人员对施工技术的完善和发展并不加以重视，这就在建筑施工的根源上得不到保障。同时在施工现场的管理中，并没有严格的管理制度，造成了施工人员的散漫和工程建设容易出现问题。建筑企业必须对这些问题加以重视，采取科学、合理、有效的治理措施。
