    Abstract：

    近年来，我国城市轨道交通工程大势发展，各大城市中地铁工程施工如火如荼，取决于地铁的交通运输功能，线路选址不可避免的途径城区主干道路以及建构筑物密集区域。而地下工程施工时对周边的建构筑物稳定性会带来直接和间接的影响，因此，地铁土建施工中周边建构筑物的保护是一项至关重要的工作。本文基于地铁土建施工几种常见施工工法的特点，通过对施工过程中给周边建构筑物带来的影响分析，来简要论述确保施工安全的建构筑物保护措施。
