Abstract：
随着时代的不断发展，职业院校酒店管理专业对于人才的培训要求也不断提高，酒店业的发展目前受到了来自人力资源管理方面的极大制约，对于旅游职业教育提出了强烈的改革要求。为培养一批高素质酒店管理人才，本文以此对职业院校酒店管理专业的教学改革进行了探讨与阐述。
