顶推施工由于对线路运行影响较小，在跨既有线桥梁施工中得到了广泛应用。本文首先对顶推法施工做了概述，然后结合具体工程案例详细阐述了大型预应力混凝土箱梁跨既有铁路顶推施工技术。
