    Abstract：

    随着我国现代化的快速发展，很多火力发电企业的工程建设和施工项目都在进行新的管理体制改革。本文论述了运用EPC总承包项目管理系统在火力发电项目实施中的实际效用。从工程（E）、采购（P）、质量（C）三个角度，对火力发电企业EPC总承包项目的管理体制进行了优化，促进了项目管理的科学化，从而促进了火力发电项目的管理。
