Abstract：
实施素质教育，其中重要的一条就是“面向全体学生”，而“面向全体学生”的最大障碍又是学困生。转化学困生几乎是每一位教师都感到棘手的问题。体育教学是学校教育的重要组成部分，在体育教学过程中，体育学困生占有一定的比例。学困生的存在影响了体育教学质量的提升。本文分析探讨了中小学体育学困生形成的原因，对体育学困生的培养方面提出了几点建议和措施.以便更好地提高体育教学质量。
