    在我国各大高校封闭管理的情况下，增强在校学生管理的实效性，显得及其重要。本文以郑州某高校学生管理为例，从增强学生的思想政治教育、构建好校园封闭管理形势下学生管理平台、做好学生管理工作、特殊时期助力毕业生实现就业的重点问题等几个方面分析研究校园封闭管理的民办高校学生常态化管理工作。
