Abstract：
学校管理是门艺术，不仅需要紧跟时代发展，还需要结合学校实际情况，且其分为软实力、硬实力两种。鉴于“软实力”可对全校师生工作、学习、行为准则、发展方向造成影响，所以本文从办学理念、领导班子、教师群体、校园文化、特色课程、校本管理、校本培训、教育质量八个方面入手，阐述了如何提高高中学校管理“软实力”。
