Abstract：
随着我国社会的不断发展，水利工程也取得了较高的成就。在此过程中，混凝土的质量是决定整体工程质量的关键性因素。因此，在实际的施工过程中，施工人员不仅要对混凝土的配比以及浇筑加以重视，同时也要对施工的环节加以重视。针对不同的季节，采取不同的施工技术，降低温度对混凝土浇筑质量的影响，进而降低其对施工质量的影响，推动水利事业的发展。
