    Abstract：

    学前儿童双语阅读是一种以质量为归宿的启蒙教育活动。本文以重庆三峡库区这一特色的区域为观察点，从幼儿园、社区、家庭三个影响幼儿双语阅读质量的维度去分析该区域学前儿童双语阅读实施的质量，并从顶层设计、师资服务系统、家庭支持系统、阅读质量测评系统四个层面探索构建学前儿童双阅读质量保障体系。
