    Abstract：

    互联网+背景下在线开放课程的快速发展，为各大院校教育改革带来新的思考，也加快《语言教学理论》理论课教学改革的步伐。借助网络平台进行在线开放课程的建设，经过长久的努力已经取得一定的成绩，但仍旧存在课程资源开发和应用上的问题。为此，本文分析校级精品在线开放课程建设的难点，并提出具体的解决方法，为《语言教学理论》理论课程改革提供参考，以期提升课程实施的成效。
