Abstract：
阅读教学是小学语文教学中的重要部分，学生良好阅读习惯和阅读能力的培养关系到学生的学习和发展，因此教师要引起高度重视，采取有效的教学方法，促进学生阅读能力的提升。随着双减政策的落地和实施，义务教育阶段的教育教学发生了较大的变化，要求教师以“减负增效”为核心，减轻学生的作业负担，同时增设了课后延时服务，在一定程度上提高了教师的工作量。本文主要基于双减背景下的课后延时服务，探讨了课后延时服务对学生阅读能力培养的作用及策略，希望能够为小学语文教师提供参考和帮助。
