新课程改革着重强调学生的主体地位，在小学班级管理中践行以人为本理念有利于发挥学生的自主性和积极性。因此，本文将在充分结合小学班级管理实际的基础上，分析以人为本理念在班级管理中的实际应用，以便为相关教学管理活动的优化提供参考。
