Abstract：
数字信息化时代下，各种技术（如计算机技术）得以发展和推广，并在一定程度上促进了我国档案管理方式的改革，不仅大大提升其管理水平，更使其实现了信息建设与发展。而所谓档案管理信息化建设指的就是借助现代数字信息化技术来替代以往传统以实体为中心的档案管理模式，以此实现相关档案信息的长久保存，在提升档案信息调阅速度的同时构建资源共享，切实保障档案管理质量和实效性。
