职业学校烹饪教学现状与对策探析

Abstract：
随着近些年来我国餐饮行业的欣欣向荣发展，社会对于专业烹饪人才的实际需求量与日俱增。职业学校身上肩负着培养和输出高质量、高技术烹饪人才的重要责任和使命。但是由于现阶段培养出来的专业烹饪人才自身存在实践技能较差、无法快速顶岗工作等诸多问题，难以满足当前餐饮行业顺应历史潮流发展的实际需要。如何培养出大量拥有较强实践能力和适应社会能力强的专业烹饪人才是目前职业院校亟待妥善解决的问题。本文主要分析职业院校当前烹饪教学的现状，探讨职业院校优化烹饪教学的有效对策，以供参考和借鉴。
