Abstract：
语文学科在中职教育体系中具有非常重要的地位，教师在实际的教学过程中可以结合学生的具体专业开展针对性的职业教育，将语文教学和学生的职业发展有效结合在一起，发展学生的职业能力，培养学生良好的职业道德，不断完善学生在职业中的能力和素养，以更好地适应职业需求。本文从职业素质培养的角度探讨中职语文教学改革的有效策略，旨在为中职语文教学提供一定思路。
