Abstract：
作为招生的有效途径，扩招缓解了高职院校的招生压力，也给更多的学生提供了求学机会，实行扩招的高职院校逐年增加，扩招招生的学生在新生中所占比例也在迅速增长。做好扩招学生的管理工作，首先要了解扩招学生的特点及其存在的问题，才能对症下药地找出解决对策。基于此，本篇文章对扩招背景下高职院校学生管理模式探究进行研究，以供参考。
