Abstract：
职业教育与普通教育是两种不同类型的教育，具有同等重要的地位。中等职业教育是职业教育的重要组成部分，开展三全教育对培养新时代的建设者和接班人具有重要意义。文章提出在“尚德、尚技、尚创”的育人理念下，探索“三联两导”育人模式，构建“323”三全育人体系，通过开展“六个一”工程确保三全育人工作的有序开展，以期为中职学校落实“立德树人”根本任务提供借鉴。
