    康复治疗对象的特殊性、康复治疗技术、方法的特殊性、治疗效果的缓慢性导致康复治疗技术从业人员除需要具备一般职业应该具备的工匠精神，还需要具备作为康复治疗技术专业特殊的工匠精神。.康复治疗技术专业需要的工匠精神包括理论联系实际、爱心、耐心、保护患者隐私、精益求精、刻苦钻研、吃苦耐劳、不急不躁、持之以恒、实事求是、具体对待。
