Abstract：
为主动应对新一轮科技革命与产业变革，支撑“中国制造2025”、实施“卓越工程师教育培养计划”（2.0版）等一系列国家战略，教育部发布了系列推进新工科发展与实践的文件通知。推进新工科建设，关键在于工程人才的全方位能力培养，筑牢学生的理论基础，着力提升实践能力、创新素养与创业能力，构建具有自身特色的工程人才培养模式。
