    新时代教育评价改革对地方应用型本科教学质量监控提出了新的要求，作为人才培养主体地位的应用型本科高校二级学院，应从组织系统、目标与标准系统、运行系统、监测评价、反馈改进系统等方面构建教学质量保障与监控体系，并对体系本身和主要教学环节和的运行过程实施PDCA，持续优化教学质量保障与监控体系，保证人才培养质量。
