Abstract：
高校网络思政工作室初期发展很顺利，但是在实际运行过程中还是存在一定的问题，本着政府政策的支持加上改革教学技术，增加了教师团队的力量，为思政工作室提供了更加良好的便利条件。本文对新时代下高校网络思政工作室建设挑战与应对进行探究。
