    产业融合和全面升级的背景下，酒店管理者需对文旅融合理念的实践与应用价值精准定位。对酒店管理模式进行再设计的整个过程中，要科学构建管理原则和管理层次。将文理融合内涵与企业文化合理对接，以理念融合为导向设计酒店管理新方案。以职能融合为手段，增强酒店管理与经营的实操性。以产业融合为着力点，进一步拓展酒业业务类型，最终生成具有市场竞争优势的新模式。
