    Abstract：

    激光雷达（Light Detection And Ranging，LiDAR）技术出现在工程测量、地形测绘等领域中。随后LiDAR技术一直发展至今，现已较为成熟。LiDAR技术提取的高精度激光点云数据可以直观的反应地物的三维信息，利用这些信息，地形要素的判读和量测将更加准确，数据采集将更加容易。本文分析激光点云数据与倾斜模型数据，对新型基础测绘数字化测图的方法进行研究。
