Abstract：
基于煤矿开采深度的逐年增加，开采过程中各种安全隐患成为不可忽视的严峻问题，例如冲击地压、突水淹井、设备失控等安全问题。针对安全生产过程中的重大隐患，利用“软”与“硬”结合的安全管理技术进行预防，通过预防为主、风险管控、应急培训等优化处理措施来减少事故发生，以达到提升安全生产能力的目的，最终实现安全生产。
