    Abstract：

    新时期档案管理模式改革创新时，为有效满足档案管理工作的实际需求，可尝试应用电子档案管理模式，基于电子档案管理模式的建构，可促进资源共享化、强化档案管理精细化、提高管理执行力、促进档案管理标准化、提高档案管理的时效性。为建构安全可靠的电子档案管理模式，则需要加强人才培养工作、改变档案管理人员的工作理念、建构科学严谨的电子档案管理体系、突出电子档案安全监督管理工作的落实。本文就电子档案，在档案管理中的具体作用，以及电子档案管理模式建构的现实路径进行分析探讨。
