Abstract：
在“互联网+”时代背景下，基于互联网思维的应用公共图书馆在发展过程中逐渐开始探索服务模式的创新，构建“互联网+图书馆服务”模式成为新时代公共图书馆重点研究的课题。本文从“互联网+”思维入手，针对公共图书馆服务创新的措施进行了系统的探究，旨在能发挥“互联网+”思维的带动作用，全面提高公共图书馆综合服务创新效果，使公共图书馆支持下我国公共文化服务的质量得到整体性的提升。
