    课程是学校为实现教育目标而选择的教育内容及其进程安排的总和。它包括学校所开设的各门学科及有目的、有计划的教育活动；它是国家意志在教育领域的重要体现，在立德树人中发挥着关键作用。课程改革是教育改革的核心与关键。基于新高考背景下普通高中课程改革是当前教育改革链条中最重要的一环。新高考、新课标、新教材，“三新”背景下普通高中学校教育能否与时能否俱进跟上教育改革大潮，适应国家最新课程改革要求，成为广大教师新的课题与挑战。
