    现如今，无论哪种学科教学活动在开展时，核心素养培育都成了重要目标及任务之一。英语作为三大基础学科之一，对学生而言意义非常，阅读作为英语教学的重要构成，其主要作用是强化学生的英语阅读能力、语言表达及应用能力，需要教师在阅读课堂上树立核心素养培育意识，以人为本开展英语阅读教学活动，这样才能有效体现英语的工具性及人文性特征，从而真正提升英语阅读教学实效。
