    Abstract：

    自进入工业社会以来，大规模生产就离不开仪表，人们通过仪表来掌握工况情况，以采取适当措施，确保生产安全和产品质量。特别是自动化、智能化水平越高，对仪表的依赖性就越高。在化工生产过程中，由于大量使用酸性或碱性材料，化工仪表腐蚀情况尤为突出，为安全生产和产品质量留下了隐患。所以，加强对化工仪表防腐蚀管理是关系到化工生产秩序的关键问题。
